Q&A:

What was the reason for your career decision?

As a youngster, I have successfully performed with a musical group for many years.
The success was based on the strength of the team members, shared responsibility, conflict resolution, results-oriented approach, friendliness and how you treat and respect each other.

These are all found very similar in my profession, and which fulfillment gives me pleasure. I also like to be a good hostess. Another advantage for my profession. This is how I lead my team successfully.

Yes

What are you especially proud of?

Performance of employees, which I was allowed to accompany on the way to their success. 

What do you like especially at the relexa hotel Stuttgarter Hof?

A hotel can only function if the hardware is supported by the software. In our case, the software is our team - a team with strengths and weaknesses - where one intercepts the other.

What was your most memorable experience during your career path?

On 11th September 2001, 4.000 participants from an American company had their conference in our hotel. The fright and despair of the guests, will always remain in my memory. 

Who would you like to welcome to the hotel?

Some politicians of recent German history.

Which famous guests have you already welcomed to the hotel?

These were so many that I cannot list them all. 

What would you like for your private future?

More time for my family.

To have time.
